Bring a bank back and close the rental
Returning an UPICK power bank is how a rental ends. Put the bank back in a station and complete the return from the active rental in the app.
After a rental starts, return lives on your active rental page at /power/rental. Close it there after you put the bank back in a station.
Louisville Standard includes a 5-minute grace period and a published lost or non-return fee. The amount you see in checkout and on the rental record is the one that applies.

Open the active rental and follow the return instructions there.
If the station will not take it
Use help on the rental when you can, or email support@upicktowing.com. There is no separate drop-box address outside the station network.
