Delete Your Upick Power Account
Request permanent deletion of your Upick Power account and associated personal data.
Request deletion
Upick Power users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data. For security, we may need to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
Submitting this form does not immediately delete an account. Knowing an email address or phone number is not enough. Upick verifies ownership before any deletion is completed.
Request account deletion
The request must go through secure identity verification before deletion.
What will be deleted
After identity verification and completion of the deletion request, account-associated personal information will be deleted or anonymized where applicable, including:
- Profile information
- Saved preferences
- Saved locations where applicable
- Upick Power account information
- Account-linked application data
What may be retained
Certain transaction, payment, fraud-prevention, security, tax, accounting, dispute, or legal records may be retained when required for legitimate business or legal obligations. These records will be retained only for the applicable required retention period and will not be used to keep the deleted Upick Power account active.
Upick does not claim that payment-processor records or legally required transaction records are immediately erased.
What happens next
- Submit your deletion request.
- Upick verifies ownership of the account.
- The deletion request is processed.
- The user receives confirmation when processing is complete.
