Delete Account

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Upick account, email:
upick@upicktowing.com

Please include the following in your request:

• Your full name
• The email address linked to your account
• Whether the account is a customer account or operator account
• A short statement confirming that you want the account deleted

What May Be Deleted

Subject to legal and operational requirements, deletion requests may include removal or deactivation of:

• Account profile information
• Login access to the platform
• Associated customer or operator profile data

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where necessary for:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention and abuse detection
• Dispute resolution
• Payment, transaction, tax, or audit records
• Platform safety and operational recordkeeping

Processing Time

Upick will review account deletion requests as quickly as reasonably possible. Additional verification may be required before processing the request.

Deleting an account may remove access to platform history, active account features, and certain stored information.
